Description

Courtney Swain is a vocalist, composer, and improviser based in Rhode Island, perhaps best-known for her work with Bent Knee. This collection presents a series of musical monologues — vocalized introspections that float and flicker past like thoughts forming in real-time. Its blend of layered vocal harmonies and abstract departures sets an honest, open tone, an invitation to share Courtney’s headspace for awhile.

The entire album was recorded inside of Habit.

We’re selling a limited run of 100 cassettes (+ another 100 sold directly from Courtney Swain).
